1. Information We Collect
Solidrix Technologies ("Solidrix Send", "we", "our") collects account information (name, email address, company name) and email dispatch telemetry (gateway response codes, timestamp metadata, bounce metrics) necessary to provide email routing, Virtual SMTP Proxy, and gateway optimization services.
2. How Data is Used
We use collected data solely for operating email gateway failover, calculating atomic Redis quotas, enforcing security rate limits, and billing subscription plans. We never sell or share subscriber data or email payload contents with unauthorized third parties.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All API keys and gateway SMTP credentials are stored in encrypted format. Outbound email traffic routed through Virtual SMTP Proxy (:587) and REST APIs is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
